The first day after As, I found a job and baked a cake. It was a relatively fruitful day. I'll be starting work this Monday at Mitsubishi Corporation LT Singapore Pte Ltd, at Jurong Port Road. I'll be doing data entry and admin stuff.quite looking forward to start a whole new job experience!

ahhh.my orange cake.This cake is quite special, as it needs NO BUTTER AT ALL. imagine the carbo and fats saved! It uses the puree of 3 fresh boiled oranges. Quite a perculiar experiment to begin with.after securing a job offer, i came home and embarked on a new baking experience too (i didn't have to doodle with the mess that is often attributed to butter).

anyway,my family had mixed responses towards my orange cake. my mei and auntie like it, my mum and dad find it too sweet (although i reduced the sugar from 230g to 200g) and my dajie is somewhat neutral.
